Return to the Cosmic Moment is a seven-night transformational retreat created to help you step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and awaken more of the latent potential, power and purpose that already exists within you.
Through cacao, yoga, meditation, breathwork, ceremony, ancient wisdom, nature, community, silence, self-enquiry and adventure, we will journey together into the heart.
Deeply Personal to Liam
In 2012, Liam's own awakening journey brought him to the small village of San Marcos La Laguna on the shores of Lake Atitlán. It was here that he met Keith, the Cacao Shaman, attended his first cacao ceremony, and began a relationship with cacao that would change the direction of his life.
21.12.2012 was the end of a great cycle in the Maya calendar — a Cosmic Moment, a point of remembrance of who we are and where we come from. Fifteen years later, Liam is returning to the place where it all began, and inviting you to be part of it.
Kawoq Forest
For seven nights we will live together in the mountains above the majestic Lake Atitlán, at the extraordinary Kawoq Forest — an eco-conscious sanctuary nestled above San Marcos La Laguna.
Reaching Kawoq is part of the experience. From San Marcos, we leave the village behind for an approximately 20-minute journey on foot up the mountain and into the forest — an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world in order to reconnect with yourself. Once inside, life becomes beautifully simple.

Full Power Cacao Ceremonies
Deep ceremonial work with cacao, including a signature Return to the Cosmic Moment Ceremony.
Daily Yoga
Jivamukti, Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin & Kundalini — shaped by Liam and Nazarena's own teaching lineages.
Meditation
Morning practices, guided meditation, stillness and opportunities for silence.
Breathwork
Using the breath to move beyond the thinking mind and deepen connection with the body.
Full Power Teachings
Exploring awakening, consciousness, purpose, human potential and what it means to live at full power.

Maya Wisdom & Local Culture
Local Indigenous practitioners invited to share authentic Maya traditions, led by the appropriate keepers.

A dedicated sacred cave space at Kawoq, available specifically for fire and ceremonial use.

Time to reconnect with one of the most extraordinary natural environments in Central America.
The Journey
Accommodation
Spread throughout the forest in cabins, domes, bungalows and suites — two beautiful yoga sanctuaries, Sol and Luna, and a sacred cave for ceremony.
This is immersion in nature rather than five-star luxury: shared composting toilets and fresh spring-water, solar-powered showers. That's part of the adventure.

Food
Two nourishing vegetarian meals each day, served as brunch (~10am) and early dinner (~5pm), with herbal teas included and Full Power Cacao available throughout.

Fly Into Guatemala City
Participants fly into La Aurora International Airport, Guatemala City (GUA). We strongly recommend arriving no later than 22 October 2027, though you may wish to arrive a few days early to explore.
