Refund policy

If you would like to return your Full Power Cacao Product, please email us at orders@fullpowercacao.com giving us as much info as possible on why you are returning? If an order is returned to us as ‘return to sender/undelivered’ the postage cost to reship will be the customers responsibility. A link will be supplied for payment.

Once the original shipment is returned to us, we can send it out again and hopefully it will make it!

International deliveries can take approximately up to 10-14 working days however we cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas orders as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

Please bear in mind it is your responsibility to pay any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred once the items arrive in your country. 

We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of your order whatsoever including but not limited to force majeure events. These are circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If you have any queries or concerns regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to help.

FULL POWER CACAO does not offer returns or refunds of opened packages as this is a food product.
