But my path here wasn’t a straight line.
I didn’t come up through wellness. I came up through chaos.
I was dealing drugs. I was disconnected. I was searching for meaning in all the wrong places. I don’t romanticise that period of my life — but I don’t erase it either. It taught me what avoidance looks like, what numbing looks like, and what real change actually takes.
By 2012, everything had caught up with me. My mum had died, I was lost, and I was struggling with depression. I’d been searching for answers, but nothing had given me anything solid to stand on.
Travelling at that point felt like a last throw of the dice — a chance to step out of my life and see if something might finally shift.
During that time, I found myself in Guatemala, where I met Keith — a cacao practitioner known as the Chocolate Shaman. Sitting with him and the plant medicine, I was introduced to cacao not as a trend or a product, but as a practice — something you return to daily, with intention and respect.
It gave me something steady to come back to: more even energy, clearer thinking, and a deeper connection to myself.

When I came back from travelling, cacao came back with me — not as an idea, but as something I’d started to live with. I began incorporating it into my own practices: yoga, meditation, and the quieter parts of daily life.
It wasn’t something I announced or explained. I simply shared it in the spaces I was already holding. People felt the difference. The energy in the room softened. The practice deepened. What had supported me started to support others too.
For years, this remained personal and shared — something I offered in rooms, circles, and classes. Over time, it became clear that what people were asking for wasn’t just an experience — they wanted continuity. They wanted access to cacao they could trust and return to in their own lives.
On 12.12.2021, FULL POWER CACAO was launched.
Growth came organically. Ceremonies moved from small rooms to larger spaces, and the community around the practice deepened. What had started quietly was now being shared by hundreds of people at a time — without the work itself changing. Find out if there's an upcoming event near you.
In January 2024, FULL POWER CACAO appeared on Dragons’ Den, putting ceremonial cacao in front of more than six million people. For the first time, this plant — and this way of working with it — entered the mainstream conversation at scale. That was the moment FULL POWER stepped forward as the leader in this space.
Everything that’s grown from then comes back to the same place — presence, intention, and doing the work properly. That’s what I’m committed to protecting, and that’s what I’m thankful to be sharing.
What began as a personal daily practice has grown into a global movement — spanning product, ceremonies, education, and a community of people who return to cacao because it genuinely supports how they live.
The mission is simple: to expand the use of cacao into the collective consciousness — not as a novelty, but as a real alternative to how people start and move through their day.
