All subscriptions are subject to a minimum commitment of three (3) subscription payments. Cancellation is not available until the minimum subscription term has been fulfilled.

Customers may manage their subscription at any time through their subscription portal. This includes the ability to skip, reschedule, delay or amend future deliveries, as well as update delivery details and payment information.

To help customers manage their subscriptions, reminder emails are sent prior to each scheduled renewal. These notifications provide the opportunity to make changes to an upcoming order before payment is taken and processing begins.

Once a subscription renewal has been processed, the order is treated as a confirmed order and enters our fulfilment process. Confirmed subscription orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. If an order has already been dispatched, our standard Returns Policy will apply.

Once the minimum commitment of three (3) subscription payments has been completed, customers may cancel their subscription at any time before their next scheduled renewal via their subscription portal or by contacting our Customer Support team.
