Our cacao comes from Sur del Lago, Venezuela — one of the most respected cacao regions on Earth.
Liam has worked with cacao for over a decade and travelled there personally to source it. This isn’t brokered bulk. It’s chosen at origin.
If it isn’t powerful enough to serve in ceremony, it doesn’t carry our name.

Most global chocolate production uses Forastero beans — grown for yield and durability.
Criollo is different.
Rarer. More delicate. More complex aromatically. Naturally smoother and less aggressive.
We dont choose Criollo cacao because it’s easy to mass produce.
It’s chosen because it’s superior in flavour and profile.
We prioritise quality over convenience.
