OUR CACAO
We work with ceremonial-grade Sur del Lago Criollo cacao from Venezuela — one of the rarest and most sought-after varieties in the world.
It’s not a commodity. It’s not bulk African Forastero. It’s not alkalised, deodorised, or engineered for shelf life.
Sur del Lago is known among chocolate makers as some of the finest cacao on the planet — grown in mineral-rich soil, near the lake, with a flavour profile that is deep, rounded, and naturally complex.
We don’t strip it. We don’t fortify it. We don’t “improve” it. We keep it whole.
Because when the source is right, you don’t need to interfere.
OUR FOUNDER
FULL POWER CACAO didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in 2012 — in the middle of a personal collapse.
After losing his mum and struggling with depression, Liam travelled in search of something steady enough to rebuild around. In Guatemala, he met a cacao practitioner known as the Chocolate Shaman — and was introduced to cacao not as a product, but as a daily practice.
For years, cacao was part of his yoga teaching, his meditation practice, and the small ceremonies he held long before there was a brand attached to it.
This isn’t white-labelled cacao with a logo slapped on it. It’s years of lived practice, study, ceremony, and work.
OUR ENERGY
When our cacao arrives in the UK, it isn’t simply unpacked and shipped back out.
We sing to it. We play gong to it. We set intention over it.
